chicken soup recipe



Preparation time: 9 minutes
Cook time : 23 minutes


Ingredients:
1 cup sliced of carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (14.5 ounce) can vegetable broth
1/2 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 cups egg noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper are optional
4 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth



Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cook time : 2 hours 10 minutes

1 (2 to 2.5 pound) whole chicken
1 turnip, quartered
2 carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, quartered
1 leek, quartered
1 onion, quartered
1 parsnip, sliced
3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper are optional
